Gil’s work focuses on civil and commercial litigation and arbitration. Gil specializes in administrative law and tenders law and has handled a wide range of civil and administrative matters, from preliminary negotiations to representing clients in the Israeli courts, including administrative courts and Israeli Supreme Court.
Gil represents clients from a broad variety of sectors and has particular expertise in the areas of infrastructure, energy, security and defense. He provides ongoing counsel to public, private and government owned companies, advising them on regulatory matters, representing them on tender and commercial disputes, and defending them against allegations of regulatory violations and claims.
Gil serves as an arbitrator at the Israeli Bar Arbitration Institute.
