Born in Israel and certified as a lawyer in 2013, Moran holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) and Business Administration (B.A) with honors from IDC Herzliya.
After completing her studies, she interned at the Civil District Attorney’s Office in Tel Aviv, working in the Real Estate Department. There, she handled a variety of cases, mainly dealing with real estate disputes related to the Israel Land Authority, including independent representation in various courts.
Over the years, Moran has served as an instructor at several educational institutions, teaching courses face-to-face. She has also lectured on Civil Procedure, Real Estate Law, and Enforcement Authority Law for bar exam preparation courses.
Moran joined our firm in 2016, having previously worked at a leading law firm in Israel. She has extensive experience representing clients in complex commercial civil litigation matters across all areas of practice, including intellectual property, trademarks, and arbitration proceedings. Moran also provides ongoing legal counsel and advice to clients.
In the infrastructure sector, Moran represents major Israeli infrastructure companies, government transportation and infrastructure entities, as well as accompanying large-scale national projects. Her work involves the planning and execution of these projects, negotiating with local authorities and government ministries, drafting competitive bidding documents, and handling any related legal disputes that may arise.
