Nadav Simhy

Nadav began his legal career at our firm as an intern in the Capital Markets and Securities Department, and currently practices as an associate in the department.

Nadav specializes in capital markets, securities law, and corporate law. In his role, he advises public companies and other reporting entities on their ongoing regulatory obligations under securities laws, including the preparation of annual, quarterly, and immediate reports, as well as drafting various agreements required for their commercial and business operations
