Odeya’s practice focuses primarily on advising corporate clients on securities and Israeli companies law issues, as well as commercial and contractual matters. Odeya has extensive experience in representing Israeli public companies traded in the US or traded under the “dual listing” regime in the US and on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange and advises clients on ongoing reporting requirements, as well as in various structures of private and public equity and debt offerings. Odeya also represents clients, both public and private, in a variety of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial and infrastructure transactions.
