As an entrepreneur involved in the establishment and promotion of numerous ventures across several industries, Oren serves as a mentor at various accelerators, co-working spaces and innovation hubs, entrepreneurial programs and other ecosystem initiatives. Oren’s services and work with his clients include:

• Consulting and supporting emerging local and international ventures, including startup companies and limited partnerships in various industries, such as: Med-tech, Cyber Security, Mobility, Ecommerce, Travel-tech, Real-Estate, Internet, Gaming, Fintech, Telecommunications, Energy and Infrastructure, Retail, Ad-tech etc.
• Managing and advising private companies on financing rounds and M&A transactions, as well as in other commercial transactions such as Licensing, Development, JV, Contracting, Sales, Distribution, R&D, etc.
• Working closely with startups through a complete company lifecycle, including incorporation, team development, hiring employees, exit strategy or IPO. Oren takes part in the companies’ board meetings and shareholder assemblies, advising on corporate governance, interested party transactions, and other regulatory affairs.
• Advising private investors (angels), VCs, family offices, and other investors, both domestic and foreign.
• Commercial litigation on contracts, corporate law, administrative law and labor law.
• Advising companies on regulation and compliance, and negotiating commercial deals including with governmental authorities and regulatory organizations.
