Rafi co-manages the firm’s Corporate Department and its Insolvency & Debt Restructuring Practice.
Rafi represents public companies alongside private companies; investment funds; and private investors, in a wide variety of transactions and various investment structures. Alongside his activities in the field of mergers and acquisitions, Rafi deals with securities law and commercial litigation. Rafi’s practice is also focused upon assisting distressed companies, including in all phases of such companies’ restructuring, liquidation, and/or bankruptcy.
Alongside his work at the firm, Rafi has served as a lecturer in Securities Law at the School of Business Administration at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (MBA students) and also as a lecturer at Kiryat Ono Academic College and as a member of the District Disciplinary Court at the Israel Bar Association.
