Roi Harel

Roi joined the firm’s Labor Law department in July 2018, and he manages the department’s team in the Tel Aviv branch.

Roi has extensive experience representing employers, and especially large scale employers, in the field of labor law, including handling litigation cases in the labor courts, representing employers in their ongoing activities and facing the authorities, providing intensive legal counsel and opinions on a variety of issues, preparing agreements, procedures and formulating documents required in the framework of employment relations, accompanying hearing procedures on behalf of the employer, and more.

Between 2015 and 2018, Roi worked with and provided various services in the field of labor law to a large public organization, including the guidance of a team of lawyers. In the years 2012-2014 Roi interned and worked as a lawyer in a leading firm in the field of labor law.
