Ron advises and provides ongoing legal services to leading Israeli and foreign groups, retailers, corporations, and investors, on matters relating to the Corporate, Commercial and High-Tech practice areas, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, private equity and commercial transactions

Ron also has experience advising publicly-listed biotech, pharma and medical devices corporations, with an emphasis on compliance with the applicable requirements of the Israeli securities laws.

Prior to joining our team, Ron interned and practiced law in one of Israel’s leading law firms.
