Shir is a lawyer in our Higher Education Department, and provides ongoing legal advice to an Israeli university on various legal matters.
Prior to joining our firm, Shir served as a legal advisor at the Legal Advice and Legislative Affairs Department in the IDF Military Advocate General’s Corps, and provided ongoing legal aid to IDF entities on matters related to administrative and civil law.
