Tal Works in the firm’s corporate department, and offers on-going legal support and general legal advice to companies in various matters.

Tal drafts commercial agreements and provides on-going support in commercial transactions, including share purchases, assets and activities acquisitions, corporate restructurings, due diligences etc.

Tal started his professional career as a legal intern in our firm, and naturally following his admittance to the Israeli Bar in 2018, returned to our ranks as a lawyer.
